Supported by a wide assortment of bracing music, poetic prompts and a generous field of welcoming movers, we dance Sunday mornings in Berkeley to find solace and sanctuary.
All are welcome in this experiment in presence, where we have the opportunity to move alone, with one or more partners, in the vast possibilities of playing in community and the infinite field of the collective unconscious. I offer invitations to open the body, soul and spirit to the aliveness that is our birthright.
